Hard and soft coral garden with turtles working the shallows and rays on the sand.
Thirteen metres at the deepest point, and the whole site is coral — hard formations building the structure, soft corals filling every gap and moving with the surge. Green turtles feed here through the morning. Blue-spotted rays sit under the ledges on the sand margins.
When this site dives
Open through the Yala monsoon, when the southwest is unworkable. Closed November to April under the Maha monsoon.
